Elite Land Management is a full-service land management company. We provide a number of different services including forestry mulching, tree removal, storm clean-up, trail cutting, golf course tree maintenance, invasive species removal, right of way clearing, local park tree services, demolition work, and more! We have worked with clients from all walks of life- new landowner couples, to home builders, to huge commercial developers. We do it all!
STEVEN B. CHOATE
OWNER AND CHIEF OPERATOR
As a native Tennessean and growing up in the backwoods of Perry County, Steven has always had a love for the Tennessee outdoors. He loves working with his hands and was introduced to forestry mulching in 2018 by a friend. With a background in heavy equipment operation, a love for the outdoors, and a perfectionist streak, it was the perfect fit.
After working in forestry mulching for four years, he and his wife, Gillie, decided to form their own business
and Elite Land Management, LLC was formed.
Steven and his team believe in being honest, doing things right, and doing all of this with a smile on your face. He truly enjoys his work. Each client's needs are unique and Steven loves finding ways to meet their goals while still preserving as much of the natural habitat as possible.
